DISCOVER FOR YOURSELF

This page is dedicated to supporting individuals who have completed the Connector and/or ASIST programs. We understand the unique and complex challenges of providing peer support while at work. Here, we provide a wide range of resources designed to assist you in supporting individuals both on-site and at home. We have curated resources to help you communicate effectively with those struggling with mental health issues or thoughts of suicide, along with valuable research materials to deepen your understanding of mental health and suicide prevention. Additionally, we have developed a tool for you to track your progress in aiding others. Each subsection is tailored to help you find the answers you are seeking.
