WHO ARE MATES?

MATES holds a commitment to promoting mental wellbeing and preventing suicide among workers within the Construction, Mining, Energy and Manufacturing industries. The MATES Program, consisting of Training and Support, reduces stigma and creates a structure of mates helping mates within a workplace.
